Karen has been a licensed Real Estate Professional since 2002, specializing in property management of residential single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and a small apartment complex for individual owners in addition to sales.
Obtaining her real estate license was a natural fit. Karen grew up in Minnesota where her parents have owned rental property for several years and Karen handled the accounting aspect for her parents. Building on that experience, she obtained her accounting degree in 1997 and utilized the education and experience working in accounting for a technology company in Hutchinson, Minnesota. In 1998 Karen moved to Phoenix, Arizona to work for City Property Management Company in their HOA accounting department as City Property did not offer residential property management at that time. Wanting to focus more in real estate, Karen obtained her Real Estate license in 2002 and began working with owner, buyers & sellers specializing in property management. In 2015 she expanded her knowledge and obtained her associate brokers license while continuing to manage and sell homes.

Appfolio is a phenomenal software program that allows us to keep all parties well informed through owner, tenant & vendor portals. This software streamlines the process from start to finish.
Maintenance
Our Maintenance coordinator assists in
scheduling and follow up of maintenance requests. Trouble shooting maintenance issues to determine what the next step will be in scheduling repairs. We strive to
have repairs scheduled in a timely manner keeping all parties informed through
a work order system and hiring reputable, licensed, bonded & insured (when
necessary) vendors.

Brian obtained his real estate license in 2013. Brian works
